Your Vacation Rates

All Atlantis vacations include everything as described below:

All rates listed are per person based on double occupancy, except where noted.
The things that aren't included are few and far between. Optional excursions, some sports, bar charges, and shop purchases can usually be charged to your room and settled upon departure.

Room Selection
Reserve early for the best selection. Cruise staterooms are assigned at the time of booking. Resort rooms are assigned upon arrival in order of reservation. We will make every effort to honor special requests, subject to availability and prior requests.

Transportation
We use our group buying power to offer discount air travel on flights from most cities in the United States. Our fares are usually lower than those offered on the internet, inquire when reserving.
Continental Airlines is the official airline of Atlantis, offering you outstanding fares to most of our vacations. Visit our website for the most up-to-date fares and special offers.

Traveling Alone?
Almost half of our guests travel on their own. We make it easy and affordable with our roommate share match program.
If you would like to share a room, we will find a roommate for you at no additional charge. Roommates are assigned by smoking preference. Share rooms are only available in the categories listed on each program and are subject to availability.
If you would like a resort room for single occupancy, we can accommodate you for a modest single supplement. Cruise staterooms are subject to a 100% surcharge. Availability of single rooms is limited.

When To Reserve
Reserving early guarantees you the best room selection and often the best prices. We accept reservations until departure, subject to availability. Please remember that many of our vacations sell out very early, sometimes months in advance.

Deposits & Payment Schedules

All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit at time of the reservation according to the deposit schedule below. For all programs, final payment is due 90 days prior to departure and for all reservations made within the 90 day period.  Atlantis can make paying for your vacation as easy as taking it!  Atlantis offers a flexible payment option that lets you pay for your vacation in easy, automatic monthly payments. There is no additional charge for this service. Payments will be spread evenly between your reservation date and the final due date for your vacation. Please request when reserving.

If paying by credit card, secondary deposits and final payment will be charged to the same card as the initial deposit unless Atlantis is notified in writing at least 7 days prior to the payment due date.

For all programs, final payment is due 90 days prior to departure and for all reservations made within the 90 day period.

Atlantis accepts checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Only credit cards belonging to the traveler or additional person occupying the same room as traveler will be accepted for payment.

Monthly Payment Plan
We can make paying for your vacation as easy as taking it! Atlantis offers a flexible payment option that lets you pay for your vacation in easy, automatic monthly payments. There is no additional charge for this service. Payments will be spread evenly between your reservation date and the final due date for your vacation. Please request when reserving.

Rate Guarantee
Once we have received your deposit or full payment, your rate is secure except in the event of substantial increases in operating costs, fuel costs, tariffs or taxes prior to the sailing date. In such cases, we reserve the right to add a surcharge, not to exceed $40 per person. All assessed government or quasi-government fees and taxes are subject to change without notice at any time, and we reserve the right to add a surcharge for these fees and taxes whether you have a confirmed booking under deposit or have made final payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation or re-book to a different trip, refunds of the total package price will be subject to a cancellation charge according to the following schedule:

Atlantis vacation packages may be transferred in writing to another guest for a $150 service fee, although no transfers can be accepted within seven days of departure.
