The Sauna Portugal is in a street - the Calle Portugal - which runs parallel to the beach at Las Canteras in Las Palmas, is open from 4 pm till Midnight every day and busy at around 7.00 pm.
It's not huge, but very clean, with a good steam room and sauna, porn cinema, cubicles, a small bar and a maze. Massage is also available. It's very popular with local young Canarian guys, and the clientele is largely people who live on the island.

From Playa del Ingles is best to take Global Bus 30 to Santa Catalina (leave at the last stop) and from there, walk to the Las Canteras beach.
By car, it is pretty difficult to park your car in the streets, buth there are plenty of car parks but they arn`t quite cheap.
