Overview
RSVP and Pearl Resorts welcome you to the romance of the South Pacific. Your vacation includes 8 days and 7 nights in mesmerizing French Polynesia. Upon arrival in Papeete you will head to the Radisson Plaza Resort. The next day you will board your chartered plane to Tikehau where we will have the whole resort to ourselves. It is a new Pearl to discover in the Tuamotu Islands of French Polynesia. It is a ten acre enticing tropical paradise. A perfect romantic getaway. This event is not a Club RSVP style event, but a much more relaxed and luxurious affair. This dreamy resort has an intimate capacity of only 76 lucky guests. It is peaceful and laid back, but that doesn't mean that there is nothing to do. On the contrary: there is much to do, yet the beauty of the place is intoxicating, and will help you slow down enough to renew your spirit.

RSVP has the entire resort which gives you the essential ingredient of freedom and a great chance to connect with the other RSVP guests. We can't really call ourselves travelers once we are here, because, the point is, that we have arrived - at a place like no other.

After five days in paradise we'll fly back to Papeete where you will stay the day and night and another full day Radisson Plaza Beach Resort. You may simply want to relax by the pool or spend time to discover the vibrant city of Papeete before your transfer to the airport for a late flight home.

Venue

Surrounded by breathtaking blue lagoons and located on secluded white sandy beaches fringed with palms, the Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort has 14 Beach Bungalows and 16 Over Water Bungalows. All bungalows, designed in true Polynesian style, are a very spacious (592 sq. feet or 55m2) and are equipped with a fan, mini bar, coffee / tea making facilities, direct dial phone, safe, television and private verandah. The Over Water Bungalows include a glass section of the floor from which to enjoy the spectacular underwater life of the lagoon.

Meals at the resort are included in the rates. The Poreho Restaurant and terrace open onto the lagoon: a sumptuous setting for a taste of European and Polynesian cuisine. The Tianoa Bar, nestled between the white sand beach, the freshwater pool and the lagoon, offers an indispensable romantic place for a lovers cocktail.

The bar and restaurant located poolside provide an idyllic setting to observe the shimmering stars above. Many excursions and activities are proposed to benefit from this heavenly location: snorkeling, canoes and kayaks, sunset cruises, fishing, scuba diving to name a few. Bungalow Descriptions

Beach Bungalow and Deluxe Beach Bungalow
The Beach Bungalows (45 m2) are located direct on the beach facing the blue pristine lagoon. Their outdoor bathroom are a charm. The Deluxe Beach Bungalows are identical to the beach bungalows but further away from public areas so they offer more privacy and include air conditioning.

Include: Ceiling fan, mini bar, coffee/tea making facilities, IDD telephone, television, shower, hair dryer, razor plug (110V), in-room safe, private terrace/sundeck.

Over Water Bungalow and Deluxe Over Water Bungalow
Located at the beginning of the first pontoon, the Over Water Bungalows (51 m2) feature a glass bottom table to enjoy the spectacular underwater life of the lagoon. The Deluxe Over Water Bungalows(51 m2) are located at the end of the first pontoon and in addition to the glass bottom table, offer direct access to the translucent blue lagoon.

Include: Ceiling fan, mini bar, coffee/tea making facilities, IDD telephone, television, shower, hair dryer, razor plug (110V), in-room safe, private terrace/sundeck. Deluxe Over Water Bungalow includes radio and CD player.

Over Water Suite
The Over Water Suites overhang the calm sandy lagoon on the second pontoon. In addition to their spacious size (93 m2), they feature a number of facilities which will make your stay most enjoyable.

Include: Ceiling fan, air conditionning, mini bar, coffee/tea making facilities, IDD telephone, alarm clock, television, video channel, radio, CD player, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, razor plug (110V), in-room safe, private terrace / sundeck.

The price of your trip includes 5 nights at the Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort, French Polynesia(exclusively RSVP guests) including all meals (not including bar beverages) 2 nights at Radisson Plaza Resort, Papeete, Tahiti French Polynesia (mixed guests) including buffet breakfast, Private Island excursion including lunch, roundtrip air flights between Papeete and Tikehau and airport transfers on the day of flight from Papeete and Tikehau as well as all local taxes.
The price of your trip does not include airfare to Papeete or transfers from / to airport except as indicated.
Reservation Request Form
Each RSVP guest needs to complete a Reservation Request Form, which you can download directlyfrom our website. It's important that you read, sign and return these forms within your option period to confirm your reservation. If you change your form of payment we will need a new Reservation Request Form with your name at the top and the new credit card information at the bottom.
Confirmation Number and Guest ID Number
Your confirmation and guest ID numbers are located on your statement. Use these numbers when communicating with us regarding your booking. If you're unsure of your Confirmation or Guest ID number please contact us.
ID Requirements
With increasingly strict travel guidelines being enforced we recommend traveling with your passport. All U.S. citizens may also use a legal form of ID along with a certified copy of their birth certificate. All other travelers should check with their local consulate for the required travel documents.
Special Needs
If you have any medical and or mobility needs, specific dietary requirements, ASL needs or other requests, please advise us of this information as soon as possible but no less than 90 days prior to trip departure.
Travel Documents
Your travel documents, which include your cruise ticket, packing lists, and other specific information pertaining to your trip, will be sent approximately one month prior to departure.
