To and from Lyon Airport

The European Gay Ski Week has a private transfer operating between Lyon Saint-Exupery and Alpe d'Huez and the fare is 32€ each way.

Saturday 16th March - Departing Lyon Airport promptly at 16.30. If you are using our transfer service please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time to collect your bags, pass through customs and get to the Transfer Coach (The European Gay Ski Week does not accept any responsibility for people missing the transfer coach).

Saturday 23rd March - Departing Alpe d'Huez at 09.30. If you are using this service the European Gay Ski Week recommends that you do not book a flight where the check in closes before 13.30 (The European Gay Ski Week does not accept any responsibility for guests who miss their flights due to the late arrival at Lyon Airport of the transfer coach).

Please note, we will require a minimum of 20 guests to run our own European Gay Ski Week transfer if their is insufficient bookings we willl notify you and issue refunds by the 19th March. We anticipate that it is unlikely to be cancelled due to insufficient numbers given the number of flights arriving in Lyon Airport.
