9 nights from/to Barcelona, Spain
July 2 11, 2023
NCL Norwegian Epic
Join us on Diva hosted lesbian group cruise, as we explore some of the most beautiful and historic cities along the Mediterranean. Join us on this truly unforgettable journey to some of Europe's most beautiful cities and iconic monuments, while basking in the sunshine and cruising the stunning turquoise Mediterranean sea. Your Diva lesbian cruise representative will look after you from the moment you arrive at port to the moment you depart the ship. A holiday where gay women can meet new friends, share a fantastic cruise experience and have a wonderfully relaxing holiday.
We do not charter the whole ship instead we take a small group of women away on a wonderfully relaxing holiday. We host a number of fun & social events throughout the cruise, exclusive to our group. Whether you’re a group of friends, a couple or travelling solo, there will be something for everyone.
On this sailing we have our designated Diva Solos Host, ensuring all our solo guests meet & mix together .We will also have some exclusive solos activities during the cruise. All our guests travel together but we appreciate travelling alone can be daunting at times. Through the Diva Solos Travel Club you can meet like-minded women in a very relaxed and friendly environment.
We start our journey in the stunning cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s Catalonia region, Barcelona. Renowned for its art and architecture and the fantastical Sagrada Família church and other modernist landmarks designed by Antoni Gaudí which you'll find dotted around the city.
Our first port of call is the famous town of Cannes, situated on the vibrant French Riviera with its museums and architecture and tree-lined streets, not to mention its beautiful long sandy beaches. We then cruise over to Italy where we visit three of
the country's most important cities. The first awaiting you are Florence & Pisa, rich in its art and history. What makes this a great port of call is all the main attractions in Florence are centrally located for the perfect walking tour.
Next stop is Rome. With its two and a half thousand years of history, art and culture, it is no surprise that Rome is one of the most visited cities on the planet. Gaze at the masterpieces of the Vatican or walk into the past as we visit Rome's ancient relics, historic monuments and legendary museums.
Our final Italian mainland port is Naples, located on Italy's stunning Amalfi coast, a city rich in history.
Here you are spoilt for choice ... take a tour around Naples' grand piazzas, cathedrals and castles or visit Pompeii, now a vast archaeological site that once was a thriving and sophisticated Roman city, buried under meters of ash after the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. We said you would be spoilt for choice as you can also sneak in a visit to the romantic town of Sorrento, perched atop cliffs with sweeping
water views, cafe-lined streets and breathtaking vistas.
From Naples we continue our Italian theme, stopping at Cagliari, the capital city of the island of Sardinia.
By sea is by far the best way to arrive at this historic capital, renowned for its hilltop Castello, sitting majestically above a myriad
of colourful facades. Cagliari is like many Italian cities, everywhere you go you come across traces of its rich past including ancient Roman
ruins, museums filled with prehistoric artefacts and centuriesold churches.
From Italy, we cruise to the "Pearl of the Mediterranean", Palma, on the beautiful island of Majorca, a city, founded by the Romans some 2,100 years ago, and steeped in history and architectural splendour. Here you can take a journey back in time and wander the mazes of alleyways and cobblestone paths surrounding the Gothic cathedral, soaking up everything this stunning city has to offer.
Our final port of call is to the island of Ibiza. With its vibrant spirit and natural beauty, the Balearic island of
Ibiza (or "Eivissa," as it's known locally) has a mix of secluded beaches and coves to explore vs. the
historic old town which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the cruise ship terminal, you can
admire an outstanding view of D’alt Vila, an old fortified town that once used to be one of the most
important cities on the Mediterranean coast. Now it's the perfect place to explore a maze of winding,
narrow streets, and a magnificent Plaza de Vila square, where you can find art galleries, shops,
restaurants, and museums.
After leaving Ibiza we now head back to Barcelona for your onward journey back home. By this time we
hope you have experienced the holiday of a lifetime, visiting some of the most important historical towns
and cities along the Mediterranean. We also hope that you have formed some fantastic friendships with
your fellow guests.

The capital of Catalonia, and one of its provinces, Barcelona, is a place of palpable history, where you can lose yourself strolling down the medieval streets of the Barri Gotic. It's a city designed to delight the senses: visit other-worldly Modernista churches like Gaudi's La Sagrada Familia, or treat yourself at a street side cafe to Patatas Bravas or a Passion Fruit Mojito. Explore more of Barcelona on a European cruise!
Day 2 - Cannes, France

Days 3 & 4 - Florence/Pisa (Livorno), Italy
How lucky to visit the Tuscan region, Florence & Pisa, resplendent in art and history. What's even more fortunate is that all the main attractions in Florence are centrally located for the perfect walking tour. See Santa Croce, Piazza del Duomo and Michelangelo's David.
Day 5 - Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy
Endless adventures await in Rome. With two and a half thousand years of history, art and culture, it is no wonder Rome is one of the most visited cities on the planet. Day 6 - Naples, Italy
Cruise to Naples, located on Italy's stunning Amalfi coast, a city rich in history. A tour around Naples' grand piazzas, cathedrals and castles in the old centre will take you back centuries. Pompeii is not too far either, a dashing city which boasts diverse cultural offerings and charming streets.

On the one hand, this city, founded by the Romans some 2,100 years ago, is replete with (literally) wall-to-wall history and architectural splendor. With its youthful spirit and natural beauty, the Balearic island of Ibiza (or "Eivissa," as it's known locally) is perfect for those who love the outdoors. The beach coastline is majestically rugged, and the hills are covered with olive and fig trees. Two of the most popular beaches are Talamanca and Ses Figueretes. The capital of Ciudad de Ibiza offers a variety of experiences to discover, especially in the historic Dalt Vila district. From the 16th century Castle of Ibiza to the Museum of Contemporary Art and scenic strolls along beautiful cobblestone streets, there's something for everyone.
