Following the west coast, your first call reveals the royal Georgian majesty of Edinburgh, then from Invergordon, you can set eyes on the castles that bejewel the Scottish Highlands, like Dunrobin and Cawdor. You'll get a real sense of the Norse heritage of Kirkwall in the Orkney Isles, and appreciate Charles Rennie Mackintosh's architectural legacy in Glasgow. During an overnight stay in Liverpool, Queen Victoria remembers the centenary of Aquitania's launch. Over on the Emerald Isle, you could visit Dublin's Guinness brewery, before comparing Blarney Castle near Cork with Castle Cornet on Guernsey.

The Cunard Book Club offers the opportunity for thought-provoking literary discussions among our guests each voyage. Book Club selections will change quarterly and are reflective of the interests of each ship's guests. Each Book Club meeting will be led by the ship's Librarian or one of the Hostesses, who will provide a short history of the author and lead the discussion.

The Royal Astronomical Society (RAS), founded in 1820, encourages and promotes the study of astronomy, solar-system science, geophysics and closely related branches of science. Southampton is the ideal starting or ending point for a memorable voyage.
This gorgeous city drapes its Georgian charm across seven scenic hills. Fancy a regal stroll? Proceed in stately fashion along Edinburgh's renowned and historic Royal Mile to the Palace of Holyrood House and take in the views from that historic hilltop castle. It's a visit fit for a king.
Soak up the unmistakable Scottish Highlands, shrouded in myth and folklore. Amidst conical hills and verdant glens, seek out Loch Ness and scan its glassy surface for the legendary 'monster'. Liverpool was the former home of Cunard Line. The Cunard Building, the Royal Liver Building, and the Port of Liverpool Building – all on Pier Head – are often described as the city's 'Three Graces'. Liverpool is vibrant and modern with a taste of the 60s! Take a ferry across the Mersey for stunning harbour views. Or embark on a Magical Mystery Tour commemorating the city's most famous sons.
The dark waters of the River Liffey swirling beneath the Halfpenny Bridge appear to transport you to a different age, the literary Dublin of Yeats, Shaw, Swift and Wilde. From the smart surroundings of St. Stephen's Green, down bustling O'Connell Street, to the blarney welcome you'll find waiting in a hundred little bars and restaurants the craic, like the Guinness, is always good in Dublin.
Fortified against invasion for centuries, Guernsey is dotted with castles and coastal defense forts. During World War II, the Channel Islands were the only part of the United Kingdom occupied by the Germans. This quaint harbour whose narrow, cobbled streets and granite houses rise in tiers on the hillside is actually the isle of Guernsey's capital.
