September 18-26, 2010
5 Nights at More Quarters in Cape Town Touring and sightseeing in Cape Town 3 Nights at Lion Sands River Lodge - Kruger Park
Of course, it all starts in Capetown. "The Mother City" as it is called by South Africans. A sophisticated, cosmopolitan city set amid staggering natural beauty at the very tip of Africa. It is a city, yes. But one that is intimately connected with nature, shaped by the breathtaking beauty that surrounds it. There are amazing views, history, culture and a thriving gay community. And underneath it all beats the heart of Africa. Spend five nights in the heart of the city and go on not one, but three separate organized tours, including one to the Cape Winelands!
You've seen the pictures. Cocktalis at dusk, overlooking the watering hole. The world's most spectacular setting. The Africa of movies and legends and childhood dreams. Go deeper into Africa, and deeper into yourself as we travel to the exclusive Lion Sands River Lodge in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve for an unforgettable safari. The Lodge is about spirit, warmth, nature and relaxation and represents African hospitality at its finest.
Although this tour visits two of southern Africa's most exciting destinations, we are able to arrange further travel to other well-known African destinations at the beginning or end of your trip. We suggest Victoria Falls as an add-on!
