When registering for a trip, Happy Gay Travel may collect some personal information from you in order to properly provide our services and products. Depending on the product or service required, we may collect your full name, address, birth date, travel insurance details, emergency contact details, gender, phone number, email address, passport details, and allergy information in addition to any other comments you provide during trip registration and email communications. We may also collect your personal data from other sources including travel agents and independent third parties. This information may also be used for follow-up post-trip communication including feedback requests. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When you initiate communication via or "Contact Us" page, we may also collect information which may include your name, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as "Contact Information"

When you make payments, these are processed using a third-party payment processor, which is PCI DSS compliant and processes all payments on our behalf. We may accept payments via phone. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third party vendors and providers, including payment providers and encourage you to review these practices to learn more about how they handle and protect your personal information. We refer to this information as "Financial Information"

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any trip bookings placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, making accommodation/activity bookings on your behalf, and providing you with invoices and/or booking confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). We use the Contact Information that we collect in order to respond to inquiries, provide newsletters, and facilitate pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip communication.

We also provide some of your personal information to our third-party suppliers and vendors in order to administer your accommodation, activities, and tours.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. During your trip, photos or videos may be taken of you by your fellow travelers, your trip leader, representatives, or third-party activity operators. These images and videos may be used by Happy Gay Travel to share with your travel group or for marketing purposes. However, if you do not wish to be included in photos or videos please advise your trip leader. While your agreement to be a part of photos and videos is included in your booking conditions, we will make every effort to exclude you from these at your request.

THIRD-PARTY WIDGETS
The Site contain widgets and social media features, including our live-chat feature, our contact form, and the Facebook "like" button. These widgets and features collect your IP address, which page you are visiting, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Widgets and social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SECURE
