European Gay Ski Week 2013

Grenoble Airport (GNB) incoming flight arrival times and corresponding transfers to Alpe d'Huez
Please be aware that this is not a comprehensive list and there may be other incoming flights with alternative carriers and from additional countries.
The European Gay Ski Week has a private transfer operating between Grenoble-Isere Airport amd Alpe d'Huez and the fare is 22€ each way.
Saturday 16th March - Departing Grenoble Airport promptly at 16.30. If you are using our transfer service please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time to collect your bags, pass through customs and get to the Transfer Coach (The European Gay Ski Week does not accept any responsibility for people missing the transfer coach).
Saturday 23rd March - Departing Alpe d'Huez promptly at 11.00. If you are using this service the European Gay Ski Week recommends that you do not book a flight where the check in closes before 14.30. (The European Gay Ski Week does not accept any responsibility for guests who miss their flights due to the late arrival at Grenoble Airport of the transfer coach).
We have also negotiated special EGSW passholder fare of £41.50 return on the Ben's Bus Transfer service from Grenoble to Alpe d'Huez and back again. You can also get one way tickets which are not discounted for £25.00. They run a regular service throughout the week and we would recommend that you use this service if your arrival or departure times do not fit in with our private transfer. You will receive a discount code for the Ben's Bus transfer service within your booking confirmation , Please ensure you enter it when making your booking or you will be charged the full fare.
