On one of the days, we depart from Kathmandu for a visit to Patan and Bhaktapur, two ancient cities filled with history and stunning architecture. You’ll explore their vibrant streets, marvel at the intricately carved temples, and feel the medieval charm still present in every corner before returning to Kathmandu at the end of the day.

Next, we head to Pokhara, a city surrounded by mountains and lakes. Here, you’ll explore the best of this enchanting city and wake up early to witness the sunrise from the Sarangkot viewpoint, where the golden light illuminates the snow-covered mountains – a breathtaking sight.

The true adventure begins with a 3-day trek to Ghorepani Poon Hill. This hike is accessible but packed with unforgettable scenery. From the summit of Poon Hill, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of 18 mountain peaks, while crossing magical rivers, interacting with local communities, and tasting their organic, traditional food. It’s a cultural and natural experience you’ll carry with you forever.

We then proceed to Chitwan National Park, where we embark on a jeep safari and a 2-hour canoe ride along serene rivers, an incredible opportunity to observe wildlife, including rhinos, crocodiles, and, if lucky, the famous Bengal tiger. If you wish, you can also visit the Tharu village and experience the daily life of the locals up close.

To close this gay group trip adventure, we return to Kathmandu with our hearts full of unforgettable memories and new friendships.

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal
Welcome to India!

Welcome to Nepal! Here, adventure and culture await you at every turn. Let’s explore together!

As soon as you arrive at Kathmandu International Airport (Tribhuvan) (KTM), a transfer will be waiting to take you directly to the hotel in maximum comfort.

We will be ready to welcome you, and it will also be the meeting point for the group. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax until dinner. On our first night, we’ll have a group dinner, perfect for introductions, socializing, and starting to create great memories.

Day 2
Kathmandu, Nepal
Today is your first full day in Kathmandu, and to get to know the city better, you’ll participate in a 5-hour walking tour.

At the agreed time, we’ll meet in the hotel lobby with a local guide. Embark on a fascinating walk to explore the cultural treasures of Kathmandu. The adventure begins in the vibrant Thamel neighborhood, where you’ll immerse yourself in the historical wonders of Kathmandu Durbar Square. Be amazed by the intricate architecture, ancient palaces, and temples that reflect the city’s rich heritage.

We then proceed to the Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, where you can feel its spiritual aura and enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley. This walking tour is a unique opportunity to dive into the heart and soul of Kathmandu, discovering its captivating history and vibrant atmosphere.

Afterward, you can have lunch, and the rest of the afternoon and evening are free for you to explore at your own pace. We’ll always be available to give you tips on what to do. One suggestion is to participate in an evening food tour, which works as dinner and allows you to better understand the flavors of Nepal!

Day 3
Patan and Bhaktapur
Today will be a fantastic day! Get your camera ready, as we’re going to visit Patan and Bhaktapur.

On a private tour of about 6 hours, we leave the hotel at a time to be arranged. We will discover the rich cultural heritage of two ancient kingdoms, filled with palaces, temples, and monasteries, all listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The main attraction is Patan Durbar Square, a vibrant area with a museum, palaces, and Hindu temples. While exploring the square, you’ll admire the carved facades and ornamentation that reveal the glory of the Malla kings.

In Bhaktapur, about 12 km from Kathmandu, you’ll feel the medieval atmosphere of the “City of Devotees.” At Bhaktapur Durbar Square, you’ll find the iconic Nyatapole Temple, the Golden Gate, and the Palace of 55 Windows, as well as a fascinating museum of art and artifacts.

During the tour, your experienced guide will share the rich history and highlights of Patan and Bhaktapur. After a day full of discoveries, relax on a pleasant journey back to the hotel, reflecting on the enriching experience in these historic cities.

Then you have the rest of the afternoon and evening free to rest and enjoy as you wish. Who knows, let's all go together for a drink at a gay bar in Kathmandu.

Day 4
Kathmandu
Today is our last full day in Kathmandu, so you have the day free to sleep in, visit that museum you wanted, or just relax around the city, shopping for souvenirs and, of course, some things for yourself!

As an option, we suggest a cooking class, where you can better understand Nepalese flavors and then take the recipe home to impress your family and friends!

Enjoy the day however you like. We’ll be around to provide any support and give the best tips!

Day 5
From Kathmando to Pokhara
Today we leave Kathmandu and head towards Pokhara. At an agreed time, we’ll take a private transfer to Kathmandu Airport, where we catch a domestic flight to Pokhara (quick flight, around 30 minutes). Upon arrival, another transfer will be waiting to take us to the hotel in Pokhara.

Today’s flight is not included in the trip cost, but don’t worry, it’s not expensive. We will provide the details of the recommended flight later. If you book your trip close to the departure date, you might have to purchase a flight different from the rest of the group.

Once we arrive in Pokhara, the rest of the day is free to relax and enjoy as you wish, but we’ll be there to offer tips about the city.

Day 6
Pokhara
We hope you slept well because today we have to wake up early for an incredible experience: watching the sunrise over the Himalayan peaks at Sarangkot!

At an agreed time, we leave the hotel for a full day exploring the charming Pokhara, the second most visited city in Nepal. The day begins with a marvelous sunrise experience at Sarangkot. Then we continue with a guided tour of the Bat Cave, Seti River Gorge, traditional temples, and the serene Phewa Lake.

Afterward, you have the rest of the day free to stroll around the city and buy some souvenirs! We’ll be there to provide any support.

Day 7
3-Day Trek to Poon Hill 1st Day
Today we leave Pokhara for an unforgettable adventure in the Annapurna region: a 3-Day Trek to Poon Hill!

Don’t worry: the difficulty level is easy, and we’ll ascend to 3,000 meters.

This route offers a short and stunning trek to Poon Hill, with breathtaking views of 18 peaks. You’ll have the chance to interact with the local community, savor organic regional food, and enjoy magnificent mountain views throughout the journey.

On this first day, we depart from Pokhara to Ghandruk, where we will have lunch. Then, we continue to Tadapani, where we will spend the night. The trek from Ghandruk to Tadapani takes you through picturesque landscapes in the Annapurna region. Starting from the charming village of Ghandruk, the hike passes through lush forests and terraced fields, offering stunning views of the Annapurna and Machapuchare mountains. This experience combines culture and natural beauty, making it a rewarding journey in the heart of the Himalayas.

We spend the night in Tadapani, and tomorrow, we continue the trek.

Day 8
3-Day Trek to Poon Hill 2nd Day
After a restful night, we begin in Tadapani with a hearty breakfast. The trail takes you through enchanting forests and traditional villages, offering glimpses of the majestic peaks of the Himalayas. As you ascend, you will reach Ghorepani, a picturesque village known for its panoramic views from Poon Hill.

We will spend the night in Ghorepani, and tomorrow will be the last day of the trek.

Day 9
3-Day Trek to Poon Hill 3rd Day
Today is the last day of the trek, and we wake up early for good reasons! We will start the morning hike to the Poon Hill viewpoint, where you can witness a stunning sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains. After enjoying the panoramic views, we will return for breakfast and then continue walking to Ulleri, crossing picturesque landscapes and charming villages.

From Ulleri, we will take a drive back to Pokhara, enjoying the beauty of the route through the hills. In the end, the journey back to Pokhara provides a pleasant and scenic conclusion to your trekking adventure in this stunning Himalayan region.

After returning to Pokhara, you will have the rest of the day free to relax and enjoy as you wish. And to remember these fantastic and unique days you have spent!

Day 10
From Pokhara to Chitwan
After a peaceful night and a good breakfast, around 10 AM, we leave the hotel in Pokhara and head off in a private transfer for about a 4-hour journey to Chitwan.

Chitwan is a lush region famous for its National Park, one of the oldest in Nepal, where you can find an impressive variety of wildlife, from rhinoceroses to Bengal tigers, along with stunning tropical landscapes.

We will be staying in Sauraha, and you will have the rest of the day and night free to enjoy at your own pace. We will be around to support you with whatever you need.

Day 11
Chitwan National Park
You have been experiencing amazing days on this unique trip, and today will be no different: we will explore Chitwan National Park.

We wake up early, and at a designated time, we leave the hotel for another memorable experience. We will start with a 2-hour canoe ride on the river, where you will have the chance to spot two different species of crocodiles, including the rare "Gharial," and observe over 100 species of colorful birds, as well as rhinoceroses swimming.

Then, we embark on an exciting full-day jeep safari through Chitwan National Park. The jeep will take us through dense forests, grasslands, and lakes, where you can observe wildlife in all its glory: rhinoceroses, elephants, crocodiles, various deer species, monkeys, and, with some luck, the majestic Bengal tiger. The tour includes stops at observation towers and strategic locations to increase your chances of seeing some of the park's most impressive animals.

After a full day filled with unique experiences, we return to the hotel, and you will have the rest of the day to rest and relax.

We have been traveling for several days, so today you have the whole day free to enjoy at your own pace! You can explore the town, go shopping, or simply relax.

One suggestion is to visit the Tharu Village, a traditional community known for its rich cultural heritage and houses built of mud and straw, where you can closely observe local lifestyles. You can join an organized tour or explore on your own.

We are always available to provide you with the best tips and help you with whatever you need.

Day 13
From Chitwan to Kathmandu
Today we leave Chitwan and return to Kathmandu. At a designated time, around 9 AM, we leave the hotel, and a private transfer will take us to Kathmandu in about 5 hours. We check in at the hotel, and you will have the afternoon free for last strolls around Kathmandu.

As night falls, and to start saying our goodbyes, reminiscing about the last days we spent together laughing and socializing, we will conclude grandly with our final official group dinner.

If you invite a friend to come on the tour, it's essential that you inform them of this. All we do not want is a grumpy traveler who has been “dragged” by friends, because this can spoil the fun and relaxed atmosphere of the group. It's a trip to meet new people and make friends.

Accommodation
All accommodations are hand-selected so that you have the best possible comfort in the best location. It will always depend on the country/city of destination.
If you are a couple or 2 friends, you'll have your own private room: double or twin (2 single beds).
If you are traveling alone, you will share a twin room (2 single beds) with another traveler of the same sex and preferably similar in age. If you want a single room, you'll have to pay the single supplement.

 

Travel Insurance
All travelers are required to have travel insurance with medical coverage for the days of the tour. Insurance must cover COVID-19.

 

Can I go earlier or stay longer?
